Definitions of personal data?
Personal data is any information that allows you to be identified. The types of personal data DataKL Hosting collect may include details of your name, address, telephone number, email address, fax number and date of birth.
We do not collect personal data about your racial and ethnic origin, political opinion, religious beliefs or other beliefs of a similar nature, membership of a trade union, physical or mental health or conditions, sexual life or any other sensitive information.
DataKL Hosting collect personal data for you through the use of enquiry and registration forms, direct personal contact with you and every time you e-mail us your details. We will use your personal data where it is necessary to do so because it is relevant to DataKL Hosting's dealings with you (i.e. it is relevant to the provision of the services that you have requested from DataKL Hosting) including for billing, customer service and network management.
Without your consent, we will not use your personal data for direct marketing, including the provision of offers for DataKL Hosting and its third party partners' products and services and customer surveys. We will not process personal information about you without your express consent. DataKL Hosting will not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

DataKL Hosting Hosting also reserves the right to report any activity that it suspects violates any law or regulation to appropriate law enforcement officials, regulators, or other authorities
All emails transaction will not be duplicated or Clients who wish to maintain email copies only in their local systems should use appropriate setting in mail software to download all emails and keep no copies of email in the server. Email transmission log will be kept for a month and will be deleted automatically from our system.
*DataKL Hosting will not log or archive the contents (body) of email messages.
*DataKL Hosting will not disclose Confidential Information, including email information or email contents, to any third party, unless required to do so by court order.
*Outside of special situations (testing, debugging, spam review) detailed below, DataKL Hosting staff do not view Client email.
Additionally, DataKL Hosting staff have been trained to treat Client email with utmost confidentiality and understand that disclosing or using information in Client email will be charged under criminal act , and each staff member has agreed in writing to the terms hereof
We may also contact you with newsletters, announcements, and special offers we think you may find valuable. You can withdraw your consent to receive these communications at any time.
In order to register domain names, personal information collected during your purchase must be provided to the registrar responsible for processing your request, as per the registrar's rules and the rules set out by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN), MYNIC and/or the relevant domain name registry.
This information goes into a searchable database (WHOIS). Access to WHOIS information may be limited but you can help protect yourself by opting out of displaying your personal information through the purchase of a Domain Privacy service (some domains are not eligible for this service).

We will only keep your information for as long as we are either required to by law, or as is relevant for the purposes for which it was collected. During this period, you may contact our officer at any time if you would like to see details of the personal data that we hold about you.
